Trilogy Ring — Oval Emerald
Three stones, one reading: the emerald at the centre, a diamond on either side. The trilogy is one of the oldest drawings in jewellery — past, present, future — and one of the hardest to get right, because everything rests on proportion.
Here the four claws are reduced to the strict minimum and the band narrows as it approaches the stone: the emerald appears set upon the finger rather than held.
The stone
Hydrothermal lab-created emerald, oval cut 6 × 4 mm. Strong green, brilliant cut with deep facets that animate the stone at the slightest movement.
The setting
Four-claw setting for the emerald, two lab-grown diamonds claw-set on the shoulders — about 0.07 carat in total. Solid gold, hallmarked at the chosen carat.
