Delivery

Made to order

Every piece is mounted and set after the order is placed. Allow ten to fifteen working days for making, plus shipping time. For rings, this period runs from the confirmation of your ring size.

How we ship

All orders are sent tracked, insured for the value of the piece and delivered against signature. The parcel carries no indication of its contents. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Delivery is made to the address given at the time of ordering. The accuracy of that address is the customer's responsibility; the cost of redelivery following an incorrect or incomplete address is charged to them.

Collection in Geneva

Orders may be collected in Geneva by appointment. Choose the corresponding option at checkout; we then agree a time by email. Identification is requested on handover.

Customs duties and import taxes

Pieces are shipped from Switzerland. For any destination outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, customs duties, import value added tax and clearance fees are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price shown. Their amount depends on the destination country and on the declared value, which is the price actually paid.

As a guide, deliveries to the European Union with a value above 150 euros attract import VAT and, where applicable, customs duty. We cannot under-declare an order, nor declare it as a gift or a sample.

Refusal of a parcel on account of customs charges is treated as a return: the price of the piece is refunded to you, less the return carriage actually incurred.

Transfer of risk

The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the piece is handed to them or to a person they have designated. Shipments travel insured until that point. If the parcel reaches you damaged or visibly opened, refuse it or have its condition recorded by the carrier, and inform us within twenty-four hours.

Unclaimed parcel

A parcel returned for want of collection within the carrier's holding period is reshipped to you at your expense, or refunded less the outward and return carriage actually incurred.
