Nature of the pieces offered

The pieces offered are made of solid gold, hallmarked at the carat stated on each product page (9, 14 or 18 carat), and set with lab-created stones: hydrothermal emeralds and lab-grown diamonds. This is stated on every product page and on the certificate of composition supplied with the piece. No mined stones are used unless expressly stated otherwise.

Intellectual property

All elements of the site — text, photographs, drawings, logotype, the ocelle motif, the name “Carron Olivier” and the layout — are protected by copyright and, where applicable, by trade mark law. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Liability

The information on this site is provided with the greatest care. Photographs of the pieces are retouched for presentation and may differ slightly in tone and scale from the pieces delivered; such differences do not constitute a defect. We accept no liability for damage arising from access to the site, its use or its unavailability, within the limits permitted by Swiss law.
